Return Eligibility
At Haniluxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The item includes all original tags, labels, and accessories (if any).

A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Undergarments or intimate wear

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Customized or made-to-order items
Return Process

Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp to initiate your return request.

Provide order details and photos (if required) to verify item condition.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

Ship the item to the provided address using a reliable courier service.
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by Haniluxe.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is confirmed.
Return Approval and Inspection
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be rejected or returned back to the customer at their expense.
Refund After Return
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
