What is the refund method?

Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.):

  1. Refunds will be processed either to your Haniluxe Wallet or the original payment method, based on the option you select during your return request.

  2. If no option is selected, we will proceed with the default refund method saved in your account history.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds for COD orders will be issued to your Haniluxe Wallet.

Gift Cards/Vouchers:
Orders paid through a Haniluxe Gift Card or Discount Voucher will be refunded back to the Gift Card balance by default.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refund processing time depends on your selected refund method and your bank's processing policies.

Haniluxe Wallet Within 24 hours
Gift Card / Voucher Within 24 hours
Easypaisa / JazzCash 1 to 5 business days
PayPal (if applicable) 1 to 5 business days
Credit/Debit Card 5 to 15 business days (up to 30 days in some cases)

What if my card has expired or is no longer valid?

For security reasons, we can only issue refunds to the original card or account used for payment.
If your card has expired or is no longer valid, please contact your bank or card provider. Most banks can still receive and process refunds for inactive or expired cards.


How to check or use my Haniluxe Wallet?

  • Log into your Haniluxe account

  • Go to the "My Wallet" section to view available balance

  • Wallet refunds can be used on your next purchase

Note:

  • Wallet refunds for COD orders cannot be withdrawn

  • Wallet refunds from online payments may be withdrawn to the original payment method, where applicable


What is an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)?

If your refund is made to a credit or debit card, an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) may be generated.
This number can be shared with your bank to help them locate the transaction and confirm the refund status.

We will include the ARN in your refund confirmation email if available.


Why is my refund amount less than expected?

The refund amount you receive may be lower due to:

  1. Bank or payment gateway transaction fees

  2. Currency exchange rate fluctuations (for international orders)

  3. Partial return or refund on discounted items

  4. Non-refundable charges such as shipping fees or service charges

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the refund amount, please contact your bank or payment provider for further details.
